WNXL-6系列超細(xì)微粉分離機(jī)組采用濕法分離，長(zhǎng)錐可變底溢流口設(shè)計(jì)，具有超細(xì)分級(jí)、濃縮脫水、提純除雜功能。該分離機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)中采用多級(jí)多壓多種規(guī)格分離，可集多種分離機(jī)于一體，具有占地小、能耗低、配置靈活的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)構(gòu)上采用無盲區(qū)大角度引流漸開線方式，進(jìn)漿濃度高、處理量大、分級(jí)精度好、成品流失量低。材料上采用20#鋼/304/304L/316/316L/襯氟等為殼體，配合公司專門研制的多規(guī)格分離管，具有優(yōu)異的耐磨損、耐腐蝕、抗老化、抗水解性。
